Tennessee Premium Beef is a family owned and operated USDA Certified full-service slaughterhouse. We are proud to offer two full service butcher shops and farm markets in Munford and Covington, Tennessee, the heart of Tipton County just north of Memphis.
Founded by Jeff Mason, the Mason Family has been a proud farm to table business since 1989. We offer bulk meat packages and custom processing services.
Our beef is all natural with no hormones, no steroids and no antibiotics. Our cattle graze on Bermuda, fescue and natural forage and natural grains and minerals from a fresh water, spring fed creek that ensure a well-balanced diet.
