What does grass-fed/grain-finished mean?

Our cows graze their whole life in the field on bermuda, fescue and clover grasses. They drink from a spring fed creek. 2-3 months before slaughter they are placed in a feed lot and fed a balanced diet of fresh grains, proteins,  minerals and all the fresh water they want. This grain finish provides our meat the marbling of fat to ensure your beef is juicy and tender.

What age of cow do you process and what is the hang-time?

Our cows are processed at 18-24 months and hang-time is 14+ days from slaughter to cutting table.
