Half Cow Freezer Beef

At Tennessee Premium Beef we raise our own Black Angus cows on our farm in Covington, TN. Our beef is nothing less than upper choice or prime grade. You will be pleased to serve only the best choice beef from your own stocked freezer. No more grocery store, commercial, high-volume raised beef for you. No steroids, hormones, or antibiotics. Serve your family nothing but local, farm-raised, clean and pure beef.

With our half cow orders, you can get everything on this cutting sheet. Amounts indicated.

  • You will get approximately 200-220 lbs. of beef total.
  • Ground Beef or Ground chuck – approx. 80-90 lbs.

Steak Cuts

Our steaks are 1” in thickness. This is standard. An increase in thickness will result in less cuts.

  • Ribeyes– approx. 16
  • Sirloin- approx. 8 or 6 with 2 pkgs. beef tips
  • Choose: T-Bones – approx. 12, Porterhouse – 4, Filets – 4 Or Filet approx. 8 & New York Strip – 14

Specialty Cuts

Whatever you do not choose in this selection will be ground to add to the ground beef or ground chuck.

  • Rump Roast (2)
  • Sirloin Tip Roast (4)
  • Minute steaks (12)
  • Stew meat (6 – 8 lbs.)
  • Chuck Roast (6), Shoulder Roast (4)
  • Beef Short Ribs (8), Beef Liver (4 lbs)
  • Beef Brisket can get whole or halved
